Refund and Returns Policy

Customer may exchange the goods within 3 days after receiving them. They have to email us at support@silverchemistry.com requesting the return by providing necessary order details.

Please be noted that we won’t be able to accept the exchange after 3 days of receiving the item. Only below mentioned are eligible goods for exchange: Item must be unused. Item must be in same condition as received. It must be returned in the original packaging along with pouch and accessories received.

Conditions applied:

  • Exchange will be accepted only if you have ordered wrong size.
  • You cannot exchange to different design and color.
  • We cannot guarantee that the items you originally bought will be available to exchange later. In such case either we will ask you to wait till we re-stock (which we usually do for most of the items) or we may decline the exchange request.

Refunds

  • We do not support money-back refunds or cancellations of orders.
  • If item is damaged within 3 days of receiving it then we can replace the item. But we cannot guarantee that the items you originally bought will be available to replace later. In such case either we will ask you to wait till we re-stock (which we usually do for most of the items) or we may give you options to choose from.
  • If customer is exchanging item because of wrong order placed by them in terms of size or other than customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
  • As a proof of return, tracking must be given by customer otherwise refund will not be possible.
  • Refund will initiate once the inspection of item returned is done by our team.
  • Refund decision are on our discretion.
  • Made to order, customized, engraved jewelry are non-refundable.
